Ice Cream

>> Saturday, May 30, 2009

Last night the girls and I made ice cream and this time I took a video. We did it a little differently as we doubled the recipe, and put the baggie with the milk mixture in a mixing bowl with a lid, rather than a larger zip lock. It didn't turn out quite as well, but I think part of that was due to the fact that it was 80 degrees inside, so as soon as we served the ice cream into the bowls it started to melt, very quickly!

My oldest daughter narrated the video, and my younger daughter made crazy faces. :-)

I feel a bit odd for posting a video, as I've never even posted pictures of my girls on this blog. But my husband recently started up his blog again and he's posting pictures and videos, so I figure I might as well. Enjoy!

I don't know what to think about this. Where is my ice cream?

I enjoyed this video very much! Adorable. She did a very good job explaining how to make ice cream! I'm glad you decided to post it. :)
